SPECIAL HONOUR FROM THE KING. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 15. His Majesty has conferred on Prince George the personal Royal Standard which the Sussex will fly throughout the tour. It consists of the usual standard, with a broad white band on top, from which descend three' white squares, containing a blue anchor.
