BATHERS IN DIFFICULTIES. By Telegrauh—Press Association GISBORNE. December 27. A splendid rescue from drowning was effected on the Wainui Beach last evening, when Ralph Matthews (20), Lois Mathews (15), Lorraine 1 19) and Yvonne Harris (17) got into difficulties beyond the line of breakers.
