TIMARU BOROUGH CONVERSION LOAN. 1934. \TOTTCE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TIMARU BOROUGH COUNCIL at a Special Meeting held on the 18th December, 1933 passed a resolution the purport of which was to convert the loans as set out in the first schedule of the Timaru Borough Loan Conversion Order 1933 published in N.Z. Gazette No. 83 of 7th December, 1933 Page 3308 and amounting to £214,475 into fresh securities bearing interest at the rate of 41 p.c. with maturity dates as set forth in the schedule to such resolution and providing for sinking fund as set forth in Clause 20 of the said Conversion Order, and the same will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 15th January, 1934.
