LICENSEE FINED £2O. Oy Telegraph—Pro** Association WELLINGTON, December 6. A fine of £2O was imposed at Lower Hutt on James O'Malley for having: in liis possession and under his control a bottle with a label fixed thereon, and without destroying such label made use of the bottle for bottling a different brand of liquor for sale. Defendant is the licensee of the Railway Hotel. It was stated on his behalf that the whisky was put in the bottle by his wife on the morning of race day when a rush was on.
