THE LAW OF LIBEL
AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, December 6. In the House of Representatives today, the Law of Libel Amendment Bill was reported from the Statutes Revision Committee wih amendments. The Bill originally sought protection for persons who, in good faith and without malice, published reports of the proceedings and findings of domestic tribunals established by the controlling authorities of sports organisations.
