UNION PRESIDENT REPUDIATED United Press Association -Bv Electric Telegraph —Copyright CAPETOWN, December 5. The President of the Miners' Unior has culled off the strike in State areas, but the men continued thf strike. The mine is closely picketed. The management has intimated thal it will engage a new staff. The Union has repudiated thi president, who states that the mer are being exploited.
