ULSTER ELECTION

MR. DE VALERAS CANDIDATURE. LONDON, November 28. Lord Craigavon (Prime Minister of Northern Ireland is assured of a substantial majority in the Northern Irish elections, in which the chief interest is the Republican onslaught on four Nationalist seats. It is assumed that Mr de Valera will win the South Down seat, but will follow the old line of abstention, but should he take the oath and attend he w'ill find the rules so circumscribed that he will not have an opportunity of raising constitutional issues.
