GERMAN TALKS WITH ITALY SEQUEL TO CRISIS IK AUSTRIA United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright ROME, November 7. Signor Mussolini and General von Goering discussed at some length the disarmament deadlock. A communique states that General von Goering bore a letter from Herr Hitl%r, thanking Signor Mussolini for his work in favour of an equitable settlement of international relations, and explaining the German disarmament position which General von Goering amplified in the course of a cordial conversation. It is understood that Signor Mussolini exerted his influence in favour of the resumption of general disarmament conversations. GERMANY’S TERMS. WILL HITLER RETURN TO GENEVA? The Rome correspondent of the British United Press, states that General Goering informed Signor Mussolini on the terms on which Germany would return to the League of Nations and the Disarmament Conference.
