NAZI EXCESSES
INTERFERENCE IN AUSTRIA. VIENNA, November 5. The Nazis cut the electric cables and plunged the city of Klagenfurt Into darkness immediately Dr. Dollfuss began his speech. Considerable panic followed, and this was increased by explosions, smoke and bombs throughout the city. Dr. Dollfuss, unperturbed, continued his speech by torchlight, until the electric lights were restored an hour later.
