RETURN OF BANISHED ENGLISHMAN. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 5. Mr Panter, who has arrived, says that foreign newspapers were never forbidden to report the Kelheim review, though the Nazi policy was to impede them in news gathering. Mr Panter will place the facts before the Foreign Office on November 6. He does not anticipate further action against his colleagues, because he thinks the Nazis realise their blunder.
