CABINET’S HANDS VERY FULL. British Official Wireless RUGBY, October 23. In view of the weekly Cabinet meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, as usual, and at which the business of the forthcoming Parliamentary session will be discussed, Sir John Simon will be unable to attend the meetings of the Bureau and General Commission of the Disarmament Conference at Geneva on Wednesday and Thursday. Captain R. A. Eden will go in his stead.
