DISPUTE OVER CONTROL. % By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, October 23. The latest development in the cycling dispute was a meeting convened today by the Wellington Cycling Centre, at which it was unanimously decided to form a Wellington Centre of the League of New Zealand Amateur Wheelmen. A further meeting will be held on Thursday to elect officials. Mr R. Evans said the only thing for cyclists to do was to affiliate with the Lea. le. Mr J.
