“I believe that the trade cycle, for mysterious reasons of its own. did begin on the up-grade again in the middle of last year, and that the feather-headedness of the American Government, the swelled-headedness of the German Government, or the fat-headednes* of the British Government will not stop it,” said Mr Dennis Robertson, a Fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge, and a lecturer in economics in a recent address.
