£ * * SAVOURY MACARONI SHAPE. * ? • £ *> v «§* Ilb sausages, 2 dessertspoons J £ gelatine, l lb macaroni, 1 tea- % * spoon sugar, 1 tablespoon tomato ♦> *> sauce, 2 cups stock, salt and J Jg, pepper to taste. % J Cover sausages with cold water J 4* and bring to boil; boil for 25 & f minutes, allow to cool, cut in J X half lengthways and remove % * skin. Put macaroni into boiling * ♦> water and boil for 25 minutes, % strain, line wetted mould with * * sausages, fill centre with macar- «& •j* oni. Dissolve gelatine in stock, J % adu flavouring and mix * * thoroughly. Pour into mould and ❖ * allow 'to set.
