After considerable discussion among representatives of !h" New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Cov. the mulgamated Dalrie- Ltd . the New Zealand Pig Marketing Association and the Kiwi Bacon Company. Palmerston North. It has been decided to form a new cooperative -ompany. to purchase th< assets of the Kiwi Coy. The new company will be known a: the Kiwi Co-operative Bacon Co Ltd. and the nresent capital, £36 000. will be held as follows —New Zealand D.iiry Amalgamat- Dairies and Plcot Bros Ltd. £10.00" ~ch; Pig Marketing As. soeiation £6OOO It Is Intended to Increase the capital to £4O 000 by the creation of 4000 new shares, to be taken by the New Zealand P'g Marketing Association.
