INAUGURAL NELSON DAY DINNER. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON. October 22. The Wellington Branch of the Navy League held its Inaugural Nelson Day dinner last night. Mr J. T. Grose, the president, was in the chair. The gathering included Lord Bledisloe, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, the Mayor (Mr T C. A. Hlslop), Major-General Sinclair Burgess, 0.0. C. Military Forces. Captain C. Sinclalr-Thomson. RN. chief staff olfleer, and the Director of Air Services. Lord Bledisloe proponed the principal toast “The Glorious and Immortal Memory of Nelson.”
