The Wellington Centre, which controls the Palmerston North to Wellington cycling race, is being urged by officials of the New Zealand League of Wheelmen and the Papanui Cycling Club to ignore the ruling of the New Zealand Cycling Council that several Christchurch riders including Frank Grose, are ineligible to compete in the event.
