REVOLT AT BANGKOK

Never before has Bangkok seen such an array of armed forces as assembled to meet the possibility of an attack by the rebels. Railway communication with the northern capital, Chiengmai, ceased. Armoured cars are guarding the terminus of the railway to the southward. The Government has offered a reward of approximately £IOOO for the capture of Prince BovaradeJ, the rebel leader. The country as a whole, it is understood, is supporting the Government.
