MAD FAKIR
ARREST AFTER TWO YEARS. Halted Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright CALCUTTA. October 15. Lewanal, known as the Frontier's mad fakir, prominently associated with the recent disturbances, was arrested at Torkham, with two nephews. He had evaded capture for over two years.
