RECORD OF RUSSIAN BALLOONISTS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—OopyTlfht LONDON. October 14. The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press says the log of the stratosphere balloon, which claimed a record ascent on September 30, shows that it reached a height of 63.327 feet, or nearly 12 miles.
