TENDENCY TO “WAIT AND SEE” United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 17. Mr W. P. Devereux, representing Australia on the Wool Research Council, reports the recent fluctuations in the Continental exchange affected the wool market. There is a tendency in all centres to wait and see the result of the opening London sales, the prospects of which are fairly good. An all round advance of 10 per cent, is anticipated. BRADFORD TOPS MARKET USERS WELL COVERED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 17. At Bradford the merino tops market is comparatively quiet. Users are well covered. Crossbred tops are unchanged, firm and quiet. Yarn business has slowed down. Crossbred yams are firm, with only moderate new business.
