USE OF ZEPPELINS PROPOSED BRAZIL NEGOTIATES WITH GERMANY United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received September 5, 11.30 p.m.) BERLIN, September 4. Negotiations between the Brazilian Government and Dr. Eckener, for a South American Zeppelin service, all the year round, have been successfully concluded. Brazil is to grant a loan of 3,000,000 marks, repayable in thirty years, for building a Zeppelin shed at Pernambuco. The new service will operate next autumn.
