SUICIDE OF SEAMAN.
By Telegraph—Press Association WHANGAREI, August 27. The trip of the Canberra, from . .'dney, was marked by tragedy. At 7 o'clock on Monday night, Francis Flanagan, yeoman of signals (31), t. native of New South Wales, committed suicide on t’ uppe deck, shooting himself with a service rifle. The body : buried sea nox>. morning. A Court of Inquiry will oe held later.
