A further attempt is being made on behalf of the Labour Opposition in the New South Wales Assembly to prevent the Government proceeding under the Referendum Act to alter the composition of the Legislative Council. Leave was granted in the Equity Court to-day to Mr Piddington, K.C., to be heard before the Full State Court on Wednesday.
