SLEEPY SICKNESS
TOLL OF EPIDEMIC IN ENGLAND United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ST. LOUIS, August 24. As the toll from an epidemic of sleepy sickness has reached 22 in St. Louis and its environs, a puzzling disease was reported in the bordering State of Illinois. Previously cases in in other Missouri t -wnn had been diagonised as encephalitis, as the disease is known in medical circles.
