BROTHERS FOUND GUILTY By Telegraph—Press Association INVERCARGILL, August 15. Four charges of breaking, entering and theft, and forgery and uttering cheques, were preferred against Thomas George McCreath, who pleaded not guilty in the Supreme Court to-day. The jury found accused guilty on all counts other than that In respect to breaking, entering and theft. He was remanded till Thursday for sentence. Charles Robert McCreath pleaded guilty to nine charges of breaking, entering and theft, and one charge of theft, and to another charge of theft, one charge of breaking and entering with intent by day, and one charge of breaking, entering and theft by day. He was remanded for sentence on Thursday morning.
