SHOULD GERMANY ATTEND CONFERENCE? United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright (Received June 11, 6.30 p.m.) GENEVA, June 10. The Labour International Conference, by nine votes to six, including the Italians, Germans and Japanese, decided to admit the German (Ley) as workers’ representative. Nine Governmental delegations, including the British, French and Spanish, abstained from voting.
