TRAGIC RESULT OF NEW POLICY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyrlgh t MADRID, June 5. The Fathers of Families Confederation declares that 1,000.000 scholars, 350,000 sick, 18,000 lunatics and 15,000 lepers, now under monastic care will suffer under the Religious Orders Bill, closing religious institutions. The Confederation brands the Bill as the most flagrant violation of family rights outside Russia and Mexico.
