GERMAN CRUISER
WELCOMED IN SYDNEY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received May 7, 6.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 7. The German cruiser I£oln arrived yesterday from Melbourne, and was warmly welcomed by members of the German community. Official calls were exchanged during the day, and to-day the cruiser’s officers placed a wreath on the cenotaph in Martin Place, Moorefield.
