WAIRARAPA RIVERS FLOODED. By Telegraph—Press Association MASTERTON, May 5. Following heavy rain in the Tararua Ranges, the Wairarapa rivers are flooded. The Ruamahanga and the Waiohme overflowed, the former at Te Ore Ore, where the main road is under water, and the latter near Greytown, where the Swamp Road and adjoining properties are inundated. It was expected that the water would come over the main highway in an hour or two if the rain continued.
