MARKETING WHEAT

RESTRICTION ON MILLERS. By Telegraph—t*»ese Association CHRISTCHURCH. May 5. Referring to a statement made at a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce last night, that some mills were not allowed to buy wheat in unrestricted quantities, the Wheat Purchase Board has issued a statement that the question raised is at present a subject of negotiation, and it would therefore be most improper for the Board to make any comment until negotiations are completed. The parties will meet in Wellington next week.
