FREEZING COMPANY DIRECTORATE. By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, December 22. A recount of votes for the election of two directors of the New Zealand Refrigerating Company has resulted in the return of Mr W. H. E. Flint and Mr C. P. Agar. At an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on December 15th, it was announced that Mr Flint and Mr J. R. Cunningham, subject to recount, had been elected.
