QUESTION OF PRIVATE CONTROL. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, December 21. During the debate in the Assembly on the Government’s transport policy,. Mr M. F. Bruxner, Minister of Transport, said the Government was prepared to consider offers by private enterprise to take over trams and buses. If someone came along with an offer, and would give adequate safeguards and sufficient guarantee that the services would meet the full requirements of the public, the Government would consider it.
