VOTE BY HOUSE OF COMMONS. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 20. In the supplementary estimate, £3,410,955 for Irish Free State services, was carried by 180 votes to 26. Mr Malcolm MacDonald pointed out that this was necessary owing to the falling duties yielded by the duties on Irish goods.
