REPAYMENT OF AMERICAN LOAN. United Press Association By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 21. 7.45 p.m.) LONDON, December 21. The Irish Free State announces a plan for the repayment of the balance Df the American Loan of £1,000,000 raised during the troubles of 1918-20 by paying one and a quarter dollars for every dollar subscribed, less the amount already paid. A Bill is being introduced into the Dail.
