KENYA MINERAL RIGHTS
NATIVE INTERESTS SAFEGUARDED. British Official Wireless RUGBY, December 20. Sir P. Cunliffe-Lister (Secretary of State for the Colonies) gave an assurance that the Bill introduced in the Legislative Council of Kenya, regarding mineral rights in the newly-discovered Kenya goldfields, provided ample safeguards for the interests of the native population of the area.
