ENDORSED BY INDIA. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 7, 7 p.m.) CALCUTTA, December 6. Amid cheers, the Legislative Assembly ratified the Ottawa agreement by 77 votes to 25, adopting an amendment by Sir Hari Singh Gour, Opposition Leader, setting a three year limit on the agreement, with the right to terminate on six months’ notice.
