Gold found in Timaru. Great excitement reigned in one quarter of the town yesterday, when it was reported that two young ladies had made a find of gold. Seemingly the two lucky prospectors began hunting through come old boxes and drawers, when one of them was lucky enough to find a parcel of old family jewellery that had been stored away. They both rushed in to Dunn’s, jewellers, “Treasure Corner,” breathless, and walked out again £B/10/6 richer. Quite a good day’s work
