THE WEATHER

Mr F. L. Wooles. Wind moderate to fresh north-east to northerly; weather fair . Dominion Meteorologist. The anti-cyclone mentioned yesterday has intensified, but is moving off to the eastward. A moderate cyclone was still centred east of the south coast of New South Wales. Expect winds east to north, light to moderate, but freshening. Seas smooth to moderate, but increasing somewhat. Weather mainly fair to fine at first, but unsettled conditions settling in to-mor-row in northern and western districts, and rain developing. The weather is likely to be unsettled generally during the week end. Temperatures mild.
