FREE STATE TARIFF
REVISED LIST ISSUED. United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyright LONDON, September 27. The Free State has issued a revised list of duties on cereals and animal foods, including 7/6 per cwt on nonEmpire maize, oats and barley, and 5/on Empire produce, with similar preferences on other products. The results of the tariff war are shown in the latest Free State returns. Imports from Britain In August were £1,767,000, compared with £2,523,000 in August of last year. The exports thereto were £1,212,000, compared with £2,925,000.
