CAPITAL OF FOUR MILLIONS. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received July 31, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 30. The Royal Mail Liners, Ltd., with a capital of £4,000,000, has been registered to take over and run the vessels of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company, also the meat transport of the Nelson Line and the David Mclver Company. Fifty vessels are involved, valued at £7,000,000.
