TREATY WITH NEW ZEALAND HELD UP. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 10, 5.5 p.m.) VANCOUVER, April 9. The Ottawa correspondent of “The Sun” states that ratification of the New Zealand Treaty is not likely to be carried out this session. It had been expected that it would be brought down immediately after the Budget, but it is now understood it will be shelved until after the Conference.
