PARTIAL CONFISCATION SUGGESTED. By Telegraph—Press Association DUNEDIN, February 9. The Greenfield branch of the Farmers’ Union carried the following resolution : “That in view of the fact that some trading concerns are not bearing their full share of the sacrifice which the farmer has to bear, all profits earned by associated banks above 6 per cent, be confiscated by the Government.
