FRACTURE OF SKULL By Telegraph—Press Association NAPIER, January 28. A man, believed to be Michael Migounoff, a Russian. 20 years of age, was found in a pathway at Napier Hospital this morning, suffering from a severe fracture of the skull. His condition late this evening was reported to be critical. The man had evidently fallen in such a manner as to sustain the injury. He is believed to have arrived recently from North Auckland and it has also been learned that he had complained recently of dizzy turns.
