REPORTED RENOUNCEMENT OF AUSTRIA. United Press Association—By Blsctrle Telegraph —Copyright (Received Sept. 1, 7.30 p.m.) VIENNA, Sept. 1. Despite earlier denials, It is understood that the Foreign Minister has agreed to announce at Geneva, the renouncement of the Austro-German Customs union plan. The idea is to keep the door open for a later renewal, if the French proposals for lowering the economic barriers are deemed insufficient.
