GENERAL ELECTION.
REFORM TO CONTEST ALL WELLINGTON SEATS. By Teierraon —Fress Association WELLINGTON, June 25. Submission of candidates for the Wellington seats at the next general election was discussed at a large meeting held this week by the Organisation Committee of the Wellington group of the Reform Party. The unanimous decision of the meeting was that every seat would be contested at the election, and that candidates not already in the field would be announced at an early date. It was decided to appoint an organiser for all seats immediately. INVERCARGILL SEAT. By Telegraph—Fresa Association INVERCARGILL, -June 25. It is announced that Mr George Agnew has been chosen as Reform candidate for the Invercargill seat at the forthcoming General Election. Mr Agnew is first assistant master at the Invercargill South School, and a member of the Executive of the Returned Soldiers’ Association.
