FARM BOARD POLICY. United Press Association— By Electrlo Telogrnph—Copyright (Received May 12, 8.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, May 11. The Farm Board announces that it has disposed of virtually all out of position wheat, but apparently it has not yet adopted any plan for the emergency marketing of the new wheat crop. Mr Stone stated that he had received approximately twenty proposals for such a programme, in lieu of stabilisation operations, which are to be abandoned, but none of these proved acceptable.
