REDUCTION FORESHADOWED. PRICE OF BREAD TO FALL. By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, April 14. It is expected that the Prime Minister will Vf.thin a few days announce a decision to reduce wheat duties, allowing ultimately for a drop of Id to lid in the price of a 41b loaf. As this year’s wheat crop is already guaranteed, the reduction will become effective from next season’s output, and will be reflected in the price of bread about February or March next.
