JAPANESE SEAMEN DROWNED. United Prose Association--By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received April 10, 10,30 p.m.) TOKIO, April 10. One hundred and twenty-five fishermen were drowned in vessels capsizing in a violent gale oil the shore of Kurama Island, on Wednesday. Many are missing.
