Dr. Martin attended during Easter. Lord Dawson and Sir Milson Rees also visited the Castle. His Majesty is not in bed, and continues to transact official business. No further statement was made today. The King’s doctors consider that he caught a cold motoring from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on Thursday, in a cold easterly wind, the window of the Royal car being open. His Majesty’s condition to-night is unchanged, and it is not expected that the improvement will be rapid.
